This statement relates to Reign Capital Limited’s (hereafter referred to as “Reign Capital” or “RC”) operations in London, UK. The UK Stewardship Code 2020 (the Code) is a voluntary code published by the UK’s Financial Reporting Council, which came into effect on January 1, 2020. The Code’s main aim is to improve the way in which institutional investors interact with the management of companies in which they are investing across all asset classes.

Reign Capital supports the aims of the Code and our approach to Stewardship is primarily based on it. In line with the Code, we seek to apply stewardship across all asset classes and are committed to acting in the best long-term financial interests of our clients. We believe that environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues can majorly affect the performance of investment portfolios. To this end, we share the belief that it is crucial to take ESG factors into consideration when formulating investment processes as they can impact financial performance. By doing this, Reign Capital is able to generate superior sustainable returns for its clients and create long-term value for all stakeholders.
