Modern Slavery Act, 2015
The Modern Slavery Act (hereafter referred to as the “Act”) received assent in 2015, following large commercial organizations’ commitment and mandate to confirm the actions that they have taken to detect and deal with forced labour and human trafficking in their organizations.

Our Approach
We at RC maintain our consistent with the obligations laid down under the Act, by adopting the following:

â–ª Ensuring that all internal departments (HR, Compliance, IT) along with the Management team and its Board of Directors work collaboratively to maintain the good practice as outlined under the Act.
â–ª Reviewing that our Whistleblowing Policy is being followed diligently to raise concerns including modern slavery, human trafficking, or any other form of human rights abuse within Reign Capital.
â–ª Conduct regular checks of related policies and supply chains to ensure steady adherence to the Act.
â–ª Evaluate and identify risks of modern slavery within Reign Capital, report and eradicate them.

We acknowledge that the obligations laid under the Act are an ongoing process and we shall keep on adhering to them accordingly as we continue to grow and expand as a company internationally.
