Service Description

Here we undertake individual sessions on each element of the SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) Analysis, followed by a session on understanding Ikigia (a Japanese concept that means ‘a reason for being”), completing a wholesome development of purpose and personal values. We then proceed on advising on how to improve identified concerns, with guided worksheets to support their learning and progression.
