Here we create a focused professional development plan for a 1-, 3-, 5- and 10-year structure timeframe. This allows us to create and develop an action plan on specific mentee goals linked to their personal aspirations expanding their understanding of the theory behind goal setting, guidance on how to create, analyse and implement their goals supported by a worksheet to support their learning and progression, regular meetings on progress via zoom, telephone, and email with motivational reminders on how to stay on track.
